Health concept I'm pondering: Magnets
I went to Las Vegas to visit a friend for her birthday and next to my bed was this brick of a magnet in a dirty ziplock bag. She said a friend had accidentally left it behind and it was over 50 years old. I spent my first night reading up on Polar Power Magnets and slept with it under my pillow. I don't often remember my dreams, but that night I think I remembered every single one and the same was true for the next two nights. I've been obsessed with learning about them ever since. I haven't bought one yet, but I'm sure it's in my future.
Product I'm exploring: Rainbow Cleaning System
I could have put magnets down here, but then I wouldn't have a place to write about the Rainbow Cleaning System. I had a saleswoman come to my place and demonstrate this wonder of a vacuum. Now I want one. Anyone have an extra $3000 lying around so I can get one?

Book I'm skimming: Girl, Wash Your Face by Rachel Hollis
Girl, Wash Your Face took me a few chapters to appreciate. In introduction and the first chapter she talks about all the negative things about herself. I probably should have read her blog before getting her book. If I had I would have known what I was getting into. She has some really great idea on how to quiet your negative thoughts and be nonjudgemental with others, but more importantly yourself.
Music I'm listening to: Hallelujah by Pentatonix
A patient asked me what my favorite Christmas song was and I immediately thought of Hallelujah and The Little Drummer Boy I have yet to ever make it through any version of these songs without my eyes welling up with tear. They touch me. These are both Pentatonix versions, but you play them for me by anyone and anytime of the year.
